His guidance of leading a team of engineers which was gained from his former organization M/s Harinarayanan Structurals PVT Ltd has helped to carry out successful projects . He is widely appreciated for his capabilities of handling a variety of assignments that includes High-Rise Buildings, Commercial buildings, Factory Buildings and Residential Villas and Bungalows. At present he is evaluating the growth opportunities and adding value to G V construction by taking up Turnkey basis projects with his son Mr. G.V.Logeshwaran.

Mr. G.V.Logeshwaran, who is a Degree Holder in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution in Chennai. Having completed his Degree in the year 2016 and after completing his Hands-on Training and working in prestigious projects, he is handling small projects on his own.
